Return Policy

All prices are plus excise tax and fees.

All cannabis product sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed for cannabis purchases per New Mexico State Verification Procedures.

Refund Policy

XXXXXXX will issue a refund in the form of an in-store merchandise credit for all other items except cannabis when each of the following conditions have been met:

1. The merchandise must be in its original, unused conditions unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and

2. The merchandise must be accompanied with the original XXXXXXX receipt; and

3. The merchandise will be accepted for return for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
